Chris Moon

Chris is a founding member of Moon Law APC and is a veteran class action and wildfire attorney. Chris has devoted his legal career to vigorously fighting for everyday people victimized by some of the world’s largest corporations.

Prior to founding Moon Law APC, Chris was a Deputy District Attorney in San Diego County, where he tried dozens of cases to jury verdict, including a number of high-profile prosecutions. In recognition of his success in those cases, Chris was awarded the District Attorney’s Office Outstanding Achievement Award, as well as received the County of San Diego Proclamation from the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. Chris is also a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

Chris earned both his B.A. and J.D. at the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a member of the California Law Review. Prior to law school, Chris was an All-American lacrosse player at U.C. Berkeley and is currently an avid ultramarathon runner.
